GIFT CARD POLICY

Effective Date: 02/02/2024

1. Issuance & Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable only at MidiCi Gainesville. Not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

2. Expiration & Fees: Gift cards have no expiration dates and no dormancy or maintenance fees, except where state law permits or requires otherwise.

3. Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser/holder. Replacement only provided with proof of purchase and our approval. Gift cards may be deactivated if fraud is suspected.

4. Balance Inquiries: Check balance in-store or by contacting in**@***************le.com.

5. Refunds: Gift cards are not refundable after purchase except where required by law.

6. Restrictions: Promotional offers, discounts, and other offers may have additional terms and may not be combinable with gift card purchases.

7. Governing Law: Subject to applicable state laws governing gift cards.

• Jurisdictional Blocking: We will implement IP-based geoblocking and device-level access controls to limit access from EU/EEA/UK jurisdictions and other high-risk regions as determined by us. Blocking measures may not be perfect; inadvertent access does not create any right to service.

• Data Residency & Processing: All processing and storage occur in the United States. We will use U.S.-based service providers where reasonably practicable and include contractual safeguards limiting offshore transfers.

• Minimum Data Collection: Collect only data required to fulfill orders and bookings. Retain personal data only as long as necessary for legal, tax, or business purposes; typical retention: orders and transaction data — 7 years for tax/compliance, customer contact data — 3 years from last transaction or contact unless consented otherwise.

• Security Measures: Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, regular vulnerability scans). No guarantee of absolute security; breaches will be addressed consistent with applicable U.S. breach-notification laws.
